Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tel: +49 20186755555 / Email: support@bealife.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Please note that Bealife does not cover the return shipping costs. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure smooth processing, please note:
- The items should be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- Please include all labels and the original packaging if possible.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

**Important note:** We ask for your understanding that we cannot process unannounced returns.

Return Shipping Costs

- In case of dislike/withdrawal: The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

- In case of defects or incorrect delivery: If the goods are damaged or delivered incorrectly, we will, of course, cover the shipping costs. In this case, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

Exceptions

Excluded from the right of return are:
- Personalized products or products manufactured according to customer specifications.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (if their seal was removed after delivery).
- Vouchers.

Damage and Issues (Complaints)

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If a delivered item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect product, please contact us immediately by email at support@bealife.de.

Please state your order number in your email and attach clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging. Our customer service team will review your request as quickly as possible and inform you of the next steps.

**Important note:** Please do not return damaged or defective goods on your own initiative without prior consultation with our customer service. Without prior approval from our team, proper processing and reimbursement of your complaint unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure smooth processing, we request that you return the goods in their original condition and including all packaging materials where possible. Upon arrival of the return, the goods will be inspected by our quality control. If there is a verifiable manufacturing defect, Bealife will, of course, offer you either a free exchange (replacement delivery) or a full refund of the purchase price.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. The refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
