Your order is not accepted until Bealife confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order can be accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Bealife may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once the order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or telephone number provided at the time the order was placed.

The return or exchange of your purchases is governed exclusively by the provisions of our Right of Withdrawal.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set forth in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices indicated do not include taxes, shipping costs, handling fees, customs duties, or import charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We shall not be liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our reasonable control. Once we transfer the goods to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Bealife is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made in our shop are conducted directly with Bealife. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales transactions between you and Bealife, including any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the purchase of products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with your purchases and transactions with Bealife.

The following sections shall survive any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions which by their nature should survive termination.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a delay in notification shall not relieve you of your obligations unless you suffer material prejudice as a result. We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense, including the selection of counsel; however, we will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld).
